Bitcoin (BTC) follows a four year pattern. The asset has climbed to new all-time highs in 2017, 2021, and 2025. Experts like Anthony Scaramucci believe BTC is still following its four-year trajectory. If we are still following the historical pattern, Bitcoin (BTC) could hit a peak sometime in 2029. However, the bull run leading to a new all-time high could start sometime in 2027.

Many industry experts have prediction Bitcoin (BTC) to breach the $1 million mark by the end of this decade. Some of the personalities that have projected a $1 million price for BTC include Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), Strategy founder Micheal Saylor, and Ark Invest founder Cathie Wood. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is, however, still conservative compared to CZ, Saylor, Wood, and others.

What Is Needed For The Next Bull Run?

Bitcoin (BTC) has some historic developments before the last bull run. One of the most significant developments was the launch of several spot ETFs. Even BlackRock launched its own Bitcoin (BTC) ETF, IBIT. One major reason behind BTC’s incredible rally in 2026 was increased ETF inflows. A similar pattern needs to happen again for another bull run.

Another factor that helped Bitcoin (BTC) hit a new all-time high was large corporate purchases. Corporate interest in BTC could also signal the coming of the next bull run.
