According to Javon Marks, XRP is currently maintaining its stance, outperforming Bitcoin and trying its best to keep outrunning the asset. Marks shared that this phenomenon is quite essential as it has helped Ripple to secure major highs before. In particular, Marks shared how the last phase of XRP outrunning Bitcoin resulted in Ripple securing a major price jump from $0.50 to $3.30. If this phenomenon repeats, it could help the XRP price surge by nearly 550%.

“As $XRP maintains a breakout against Bitcoin, sights are still on XRP outrunning it significantly by now, over +550%! The last XRP breakout against Bitcoin resulted in its prices climbing from $0.50 to $3.30+. This breakout here can result in XRP surging near $10, if not above…”

Marks had earlier shared how the Ripple price is primed to hit $17, with its chart showing the asset trying to scale towards the aforementioned price mark.

“Ripple measured move target remains just under $17, and with the breakout holding, only time and a supporting market look to be in the way of a 10X to reach it ⏳…”
