U.S. President Donald Trump officially stopped all funding through the USAID program as press secretary Karoline Leavitt called the spending of the previous governments “ridiculous”. Even Elon Musk, who helms D.O.G.E called U.S. foreign aid a “crazy waste of your tax money!” Several countries have received billions in foreign aid from the previous U.S. governments and Trump is now putting the spending in check.
